[Rainwave - Solar Vision]

Pretty good

Was good, had the makings of professional level songs, but on a personal preference level, not my style of Dance music. Other than that, nothing wrong with the song as it is.

Name of the song is "Just Hold On" if I remember correct. Comes with FL Studio 9 i believe.

Yeah he has some songs that are longer that I am going to post but some of these are demos and I forget to post that. The ones that are less than a minute are demos so H has more to come.

Quiet... too quiet...

sounded nice, but it was too soft and quiet for what i expected from the title. i was hoping for a nice, pumping, intense sound. but instead i hear soft little tones...

Needs Work

Beginning: Beats sounded to have a bit too much contrast.
General Middle: Not enough going on in the song.
Ending: Decent, abrupt.
Overall: Needs to be longer, some beats should be added, an extra 1 or 2 major beats would be nice.

what do you mean by beats sounded to have a bit to much contrast? like the lead and background clashed together? and yeah it's just a demo so there is no way it's long enough yet haha. and yeah i was planinning on adding more synths and stuff to it.

it was nice, but it could use some work. a little more going on would be nice, it sounds like im hearing only 2-3 instruments at a time.

some advice

yeah, my philosophy of techno vocals, if its a male voice, robotic is best, if female, very high-pitched works well. this seems to me like a female vocal song. the instrument at 1:30 to about 2:00 is pretty annoying at the pitch you used. but most of the music is good.

Well this was an earlier piece, my first lyrical, and I gotta say a score like this compared to some of my other projects is actually expected. Back then I didn't have any chance of getting a female voice. Now my options are spread LOL

a 6.5 in my opinion. doesnt quite fit my liking, but well crafted. tad over-repetitive, even for techno...
try some more, pretty soon you get a good one, if you havent already.

This was one of my weaker ones but you should check out some of my better stuff, like balled of a still rain (seriously took me like a year) was my absolute best.
